Jayshree Pharmaceuticals Company has been a strong advocate of Ayurveda since 1988, when it was founded by Mr. Vinod Gajjar. The idea behind this company comes from a place of breaking the curiosity behind this 5000 year old system and making Ayurveda a part of everyday living, but without any elaborate fuss. In order to do so, Ayurveda as a science was understood and the nature of its relevance and importance in day to day living was explored. The co-relation between physical and mental well-being is at the heart of Ayurveda’s core, looking at a wholesome and balanced life.
Ayurveda recognizes the wear and tear of the cells of the human body on a daily basis, and realizes that the best way to deal with this is by getting down to the bottom of the issues with its healing properties, instead of superficial solutions that the modern day tactics have to offer. With the knowledge of such an important and age-old science in mind, Jayshree Pharmaceuticals set out to make old Ayurvedic methods become a part of one’s daily routine. The research which included looking at ancient texts, indigenous herbs and formulas, became the foundation of coming up with natural and sustainable products. This knowledge was interspersed with modern pharmacological, toxicological and safety tests to create new drugs and therapies.
